metallic pads squeak. But did you check both sides of the rotor to make sure the back pad isnt damaged? Go get some brake parks cleaner and spray the calipers and pads down, and wait a little while for them to dry. Might have a build up of dust.
ok im going to get all technical. a squeak is actually a vibration of the brake pad. the cheaper the pad the worse it is.get some anti-squeak at az and put it on the back of the pads, it works sometimes.
