If it's doing it when you take off too, you have bigger problems than old brake rotors. Check the wheel bearings and hubs, and the suspension bushings. Make sure the trans mount is ok and everything on the subframe is up to par.
Do you hear at clicking sound when you turn at full lock? If you don't know, put your windows down and turn the car around at full lock on both sides. It could very well be the CV shafts. When's the last time you replaced the axles?
Now, all of this isn't to say your rotors AREN'T warped, but the fact that it does it under acceleration as well leads me to believe it's not only the rotors.
