I just replaced the rear rotors, pads and pass side caliper also had to put a new set of slider brackets on ,as they were very rusty.I bleed the brakes like 15 times now. The fluid was shooting out the calipers with no air.the brakes were fine for like 5 minutes.then the pedal would go to the floor with very little pressure, the second time i pushed the padal it had pressure.then it went to the floor, then presure again.
there is no leak in fluid, still fluid to the top of master cylinder.
my question is the master cylinder not doing it's job, need to be replaced?????
any input would be great, need it fixed
thanks

BMC?

I'm guessing your seals are leaking inside the master cylinder. It's not holding the pressure there and letting it all seep past the plunger.

Brake Master Cylinder. My CB7 started to do the same thing when my BMC went bad.

Replacing the master cylinder will fix the problem. Bench bleed the new cylinder though or it could ruin the seals again from using it with out fluid.

My BMC went out a little while back when I pulled out onto a major road as I was leaving school. VERY SCARY!! had to E Brake it til i got home.

Just replace the Master Cylinder and you should be fine.
