Brake pedal popping?

I was doing about 45 in the rain and the traffic light sporadically goes to yellow so I have to push a little harder than usual and suddenly my brake pedal starts to pop and im having an very very hard time trying to stop my car and luckily enough I finally stop about 3 inches over the line. a fellow teg owner pulled up next to me and gave me a that was kinda close face so I had to be extra careful going home.

my question is why the hell did it do that!

it doesnt look to good when you got a for sale written on the window and the car wont stop.

I'm pretty sure that's just the ABS kicking in. It pulses the brake during hard braking to prevent the brakes from locking up on you

x2. especially in rain you should try braking earlier. lesson learned. dont drive hard and brake late.
