brake and power fluid?

i realize my brake fluid and power steering is running out pretty quickly. The other day i took off my bumper and saw that right under the power steering reservoir was soak wet. I assuming the tubes are bad but what can be other possibilities? And brake fluid, I am not sure but it run out just as quickly. I am not sure where did it all go.

get a buddy and start your car turn the wheel back and forth and observe for leaks ....

I'f you don't have lose in braking then I dont think your losing brake fluid . when your brake pads get warn down to omost nothing this requires more fluid to move the pistons father cause you have no pads left probably.
