boosted ls/vtec

i just pulled the motor in my 90 acura integra and im looking to build my b18a1 i want to build boosted ls/vtec but not sure where to start whats the best parts and what should i get my block bored too? i was thinking about swapping a k20. but i think boosted ls/vtec is a better build any advice
