I heard Honda/Acura aren't made for boost more like all motor.. is this correct
And would a bigger throttle body get u reving at 9-10k rpm? on a GS-R?

no a chiped ecu will get you reving to 9 or 10k but you won't make power on stock internals and it would prob break b/c the stock valve train isn't made for it. the throtlebody helps flow more air but that can't change your rev limiter. thats all computer

HONDAS LOVE BOOST

x2 you can safely run almost 7-10 lbs just of stock internals but if you wanted to increase it i would upgrade the internals

IMO an All motor Honda is better... Usually not faster but better JMO
Pros of FI is more power
Cons Turbo lag, unreliable sometimes...Pros of NA Reliable
Cons Expensive to build

not always true
if you had like 13-1 compression thats usually more undependible than boostin like 15lbs

the turbo lag more than makes up for itself when it gets to the high revs!
both have the ups and downs, but on small engines that rev really high, BOOST ALL the way!

you will always get some kind of opinion N/A is better no boost is better. Anyway find a person that has a boosted honda and a person with an N/A and take a ride. you tell me what you would rather have. next just research and get educated

Honda engines are fine being boosted.
Neither NA or boost is inherently more reliable. It all in the installation of the parts and the tuning.

TB's have nothing to do with an engines revving ability.

Asleep

I probably am
i PREFER n/a but that's only an opinion. neither is truly better as far as I'm concerned.

alright heres my say about this....

if you got money and 270ish horses at 9000ish or 10000ish is enough with u then go NA for sure

if you got money and 300+ hourses at 8200ish is what u want then only boost will help u out

if you got money u need to dyno tune that sucka with a hondata ecu(recommended), because the best ecu is custom programed for your individual setup

if you said yes to two off the above then u should allow some green to flow this way

as for TB's don't don't help for shit interms of rev's
personally i like to go NA if i can afford it because individual throttle bodies look and sound so nice, almost better then sex
