bolts for power steering pump which ones?

i need all bolts for the bracket i have a diagram from sons acura but there is nothing showing going into two of the holes the opposite side of where the 10 x 12 flange bolts go. so i know i need those two and the grommets but what about the other side? also what is # 25 in the diagram? any help i would appreciate . thank you.

i have a d161a as far as i know 1st gen integra. 88 ls. i need a back bracket and all that goes with it including bolts and the high pressure line bolts and the bracket grommets. i need all that shit. all i have is the pump and the bracket the pump connects to. i have all the hoses and res. i have the bolts the ps pump connects to the front bracket.
