bogging problem

hey guys i need help my car is bogging out!!! it bog's up and down sounds like a weed wacker when im driving... changed out spark plugs still same thing.... anyone got any ideas of what could be causing this??

check your valve clearances. prob need an adjustment

well how do i know if the valves need adjustments?? and i cleaned off the little corrosion on the distributor cap and still the same thing. there is a ticking noise when the car is on.. it had the ticking noise when it was driving good but now its a bit louder know what it could be??

you need to get a tune up... then you need to have a diagnostic done and let a professional tell you what is wrong. Bogging could be a thousand things
