blown head gasket please help.!.!.!

I have a 93 integra rs with the b18a motor in it and im tring to replace my blown head gasket so far ive taken off the vavle cover gasket, the distributer, its all open but I cant get the cams out to get to the 10 I beleave 13mm bolts @ the bottom. any suggestions on how I can further my progress.?.?.?

Loosen the timing belt tensioner. Unbolt the cams. And take them out. You'll need a crank pully holder to get it off so you can re time your motor. If you need help at the cams I think you shouldn't be doing this alone....
