what do you want it for?

low end power, mid, or high end?

T3/T4 has less spool time and makes great power. the only down fall is they are expensive IMO. you could pick up a used t25. make sure it is rebuilt. the only problem is they max out at 15 psi and it is a little turbo. spool time is fast but it lacks the high end power. you could clip the wheels so it spools faster and have some low end.

This is what i want t3/t04E 60 trim .63ar lots of highend power and the use of external waste gate

depends on what kind of numbers you want to put down. Garret GT and HKS is the best brand but are very pricey. as for a budget turbo, slow99 is on the right track. but i would go with a T28 instead of a T25. The T25 is a little small for my taste. it will hit 15psi but it won't hold it till redline. You can also find T3's for a fairly good price

sweet, because i have been looking around and i want to boost my b16, yes b16, and t3/t4 could be done but i would have to make a home made setup in order to do so..im mainly looking at something that pust down some nice power that i can still drive daily as well
