I have a 1993 teg. 3dr hatchback, 1.8, automatic. Able to do the work myself, I ordered and bought the ball joints. Now I tore apart drivers side, pressed out the upper and installed new. pounded out lower{cause press is big and awkward) go to install new and its to big, at least an 1/8th inch.my question is if the car was built in the later part of the year in 93, would it have used 94 spindles? part numbers for 93 and 94 are different, parts stores have none of the 94's in stock. any help would be appreciated, thanks.
