no i'm talking about when i weld on two bungs to valve cover...

do i need to make a little blocker, so the cams dont just shoot oil out
i mean i know i has drain on the catch can but i dont want to have to drain out a quart of oil every day

If your good you can use the same baffle that's in the valve cover and not have to touch anything ;) I had King Motorsports weld mine up so i can't take the credit...but my baffles weren't touched.

I would say that most people don't and yes you will have to drain it more regularly but it shouldn't be excessive. You could weld your own baffles or if you're feeling ghetto and cheap, just JB Weld them in place.

He wants to basically get rid of the factory crank case ventilation tube and put new fitting on the front for the catch can setup, but on the inside of the VC, there is no baffle to prevetn lots of oil from gettin spit out.

Either like I said, wled, JB weld, or perhaps run them on the back side so that you can use the baffle for the OEM vent tube.
