Bad Vibration

I got a 90 acura integra with a b16a motor built with a jdm b16 cable trans non-lsd.... I have a bad vibration at 30-40mph no matter what gear im in and you really feel when acclerating hard, you feel it when just driving normal not as bad but its still there, and you dont feel it when deacclerating. It shakes the whole dash and steering wheel like crazy and you feel it. Before 30mph theres no vibration and after 45ish mph theres no vibration. Car has all new motor mounts innoative poly mounts (red), new cv axles, i replaced the passenger side cv axle again cuz there was some play in it wasnt clicking though and it didnt help any, im gonna repace the driverside one again see if that helps any, the axles arent remans there new cardone brand axles 3 year warranty, halfshaft is nice and tight.... car has all new suspension poly in everything, coilovers, wheelbearings are good. I dont know what to try next im really stumped on this one, everyone i talk to says cv axle but i replaced them twice so whats the chance of 4 bad cv axles  So what i was gonna do next was replace the driverside cv axle see if it helps, if that dont change anything i was gonna check to see maybe if the halfshaft was bent with a dial indicator because the bearing has no play in it what so ever, if thats not bent which i highly doubt, but im just eliminating things trying too atleast, was going to get car aligned which it does need it, but car dont pull or nothing tires dont wear at all but i replaced all the bushings in the car, all new balljoints, rear got new hubs and bearings, front bearings were good so was just gonna get it aligned for the hell of it. Car has good tires and rims and there ballanced my buddy had them on his car and had no vibrations and i traded my wheel and tires for his and he had no vibrations with my old ones so its not rims or tires. I dont know what else it could be if someone has any ideas your help will be appreciated......

From what i read that sticks out is that it vibrates 30-40 mph and doesnt rattle when brake is pressed. Correct?

Correct brakes dont affect anything, car stops good alo new brakes and rotors cross drilled and slotted and car is non-abs too by the way....

Please structure your posts with breaks, lol. Hell of a time reading that. Mid shaft is something to look at. I'm picking up a vibration under load from my cv axle I just replaced, but it may also be my mid shaft as well.
If you've done all those suspension changes, you need to align after. If you haven't, that's prolly part of the issue. Just because your car doesn't pull, doesn't mean the alignment is on point

Looking for my next Teg..
I'm not even going to attempt to read what you rote.... spaces and breaks make life easier on thos of us who would like to offer help

Anyways Typical sources of vibration stem from CV, Half Shaft, mis matched tires, unbalanced tires, alignment.

check those off and report back

yea i was going to say axles...either that or a bubble in the tire or bent rim, but vibrating all the time is the axle
