bad clutch please help I'm not sure what's wrong

got my 90 da mostly stock when you put it in gear if you can get it in gear ita really hard to get in any gear but you let the clutch out it doesn't move an inch and the motor falls on its face like there's a huge load on it in any geer you put it in nutural and it will kinda go still wants to fall on its face but I think its locked in 3rd is my clutch bad or shift linkage? my pedal feels good

that's your shift linkage most likely.

Have you checked the to make sure the transmission fluid is topped or the clutch fluid? What about the clutch cable? Does it appear to be moving ok without being tangled? As stated above, have you had to drop the transmission recently and perhaps bent the shift linkage?

I haven't done any thing down there and where is the clutch fluid located I know some thin was winding like a super charger before

Then its more than likely something has broken in the shift linkage. Have you been driving it hard?

not really I beat on it here and there but not when the trany started acting up it started to whine and sound like a super charger then it started getting hard to put in gear but if you shifted at higher rpms it wasn't bad to shift then I was leaving my apartment the one day kinda had to push it really hard a few times to get it in first I was driving out in first it poped out of gear and I think I heard a bang not positive but in any gear it went know where and kills the engine but in neutral it goes but dosent want to like its stuck in 3rd gear and that's what your takeing off in

Definetley have a look at your shift linkage then sounds like something snapped with the bang.

Sounds like to me your throw out bearing is gone. which means pulling the trans.

Read closer guys... His engine is falling on its face and the car is not budging as he let's the clutch out. Only one thing can cause this and its not clutch forks . Your trans is likely fucked, to put it eloquently. That supercharger whine you heard was your transmission giving up the ghost. Even if it was the linkage and it was stuck in 3rd, the car would still start to move. I could likely take off in 3rd if I had to...

Sounds like to me your throw out bearing is gone. which means pulling the trans.

If his throwout bearing was shot, the pedal would not feel fine. He would be able to feel something binding.
