I don't know if you know what your doing but you have to have these required things to ignite:
Spark
Compression
Fuel

You said you've got all 3 of those. Go through all of them again I would personally do this:

Take a spark tester to the wire to plug to see if there is spark to the cylinder, if you don't have it take the sparkplug out and hook it to the wire and look for spark.

Take a Diode tester to the fuel injecter to really make sure its getting a fuel jump.

If your really noob which I assume not, but check you're gaps on the spark plugs.

willing to bet you need to gap the plugs to the correct setting your slightly misfiring cyl 2 also make sure tat the diz wire is sealed and snapped correctly meaning its not losely attached to the spark plug

check mark to all three... an also after i turn my car off after its been runing for a little bit i think there is still sum gas in that cylinder, as like it never burnd all of it.

you think if i just bout a nother head i wont have that problem... and also im using a LS fuel rail an injectors. may that be a problem?

Sounds almost like not enough spark to ignite the fuel during combustion. Which would mean gas left over in the combustion chamber.

Re-check all things that effect spark would be a place to start. Past that is when you get out of my area of knowledge.

any kinda way to check it, if i take out tha spark plug an plug it into the spark plug wire an crank it over i will see a lil cunt hair spark. but now that i think of it i should do it to the other ones an see if they spark bigger or the same.
