B20 acceleration issues

I have a b20b stock in a da...i previously had problems with the idle...it wouldnt go past about 3000 rpm. i was told it was the dizzy. since then i have changed the dizzy and i was able to rev my max. but i was diving on the highway and i notice it started missing and eventually did the previous problem(wouldnt idle past 3000) but if i switch the key on and off and back on it would rev high again but would sputter and repeat the problem. anyone have a solution for me? i was thinking maybe my o2 sensor or maybe i need to program my ecu

well im running a b16vtec computer on a non vtec so it is giving me a few codes, not to mention i am missing a few sensors like the fan sensor and the one right above it and the 02 sensor

y are u running a b16vtec ecu on a non vtec engine that makes no sense bro i have a pr4 on my b20 and it gives me no problems
