B18C swap ECU and wiring questions

What does it take to get this motor operating and fully functional without a glitch in my 91 Integra? I know I'll need the B18C engine harness and ecu, but will I have to change any other wiring or will it pretty much be plug and play?

My B18A needs a crank, rods resized, etc., The transmission needs synchronizers, a clutch, and a halfshaft..
The car has new inner and outer tie rods, rack and pinion, struts, good springs, good paint, sunroof, new a/c, etc. so I don't want to junk it. The nearest b18a I found is $600 with 120k miles, so I'd want to overhaul it with rings and bearings before installing it. I'm guessing I'll have around $1500 in fixing it altogether if I go back stock.

B16a swap is a no go because the car is too heavy, from what I've read, and B18C swaps are expensive and then I'd have the headaches of getting the wiring/computer all sorted out.
