B18b head: 94-97 vs. 98-01

I have a b18b head out of a 94 integra. What Is different from a 94 head that i have and a 97 or 2001 head that i could get??

I have a b18b on 7 psi of boost on stock pistons and insides. I want to upgrade but don't know what compression should i have people tell me 9:1 good and 10.5:1 is good too. i want to run at least 15psi at first and then go to 25 psi. Also let me know what are some good places to get this stuff from and what is a good pistons and rods to buy
