Hey guys just wondering if someone could tell me if I can easily get to the pistons on a B18a1 by removing the oil pan? would I have to remove the head...?
I plan on bumping up the compression ratio from 9.2:1 ( stock) to 10.2:1.
and wondering if I couls easily attach a 1996 Integra gsr transmission to a B18a1 for a boost...?

you can not change pistons that way you need to remove the head.

and yes you can use the gsr transmission for boost

No, and if you're putting in new pistons, you have to re-hone the cylinders for the new piston rings. In which case you should also put in new main and rod bearings. Complete engine removal is probably easiest, after you get the head unplugged it's just a matter of the 8 transmission bolts, or however many there are.
