B18A1 advice needed

I could use some advice on a B18A1 . I am new to the Honda cars and i bought a 92 acura integra to circle race on a dirt track. We have to run stock motors which the B18A1 is mighty strong but i need a little bit more so i was hoping some smarter people than me could answer a few curious questions i have. As of right now it is stock with a 4-1 header with a 3" exhaust pipe on it. The computer has a 7300 chip in it and right now i turn the motor 7100 rpms. . Ok now some ideas i have and you all can tell me if it will work or not.. The Valves are set stock and i was wondering about tightning or loosing them for more power. What kinda spark plugs are the best to run? what about best plug wires? I run 110 octane fuel so should i run a higher additive to raise the octane? what about a 18 volt battery as more voltage produces a hotter ignition. ? Has the stock throttle body on it but i see were there are bigger ones on the GSR's so would that help any? I believe mine is 58mm. Could i retard or advance the timing.? How long should the exhaust pipe be? The length as of now is from the header all the way back to were it turns to exit under the car is stock location.. should it be shorter ? Just some stuff i am curious about so any input would be grateful . Thank You. Richard #7

so what is considered stock motor? like no turbo etc? or can you rebuild the engine such as pistons, cams, pnp? is that allowed?

No im just sayin u dont need upgraded internals to run it, if he has a chip for it then it shouldnt matter, sorry

I know this.
And all he said is he has a 7300 chip.
We don't know if he has an eBay chip, hondata, or anything in between.

110 octance with a stock ls? Damn son!
my thoughts exactly lol seems like a bit much but to be honest without full knowledge of what ECU tunes have been done its hard to say if that 110 is appropriate or just a waste of money. Regardless of that though, the OP implies that he can modify the motor to some degree so at this point it would really depend on the contest rules for what is considered "modified".
