b18a white smoke issue

i recently bought a 1990 integra gs it has around 185,000miles for 2500$ it runs great but after driving around freeway i smelled burning oil type smell i noticed white smoke coming from the dash by the driver door when i got out, and the smell of burning what i think is burning oil i popped the hood and saw white smoke seeping off the engine. the car isnt overheating or running weird no check engine light i was considering having all the fluids replaced or get a engine rebuild kit is this a good idea?

Oil leak sounds likely. Clogged PCV/leaking breather box is where I would start. Ask Local why I chose that as a place to start looking

check wiring... is it oil or plastic smell both can be similar when talking about under the hood or dash area.

could be something leaking down the back of the block as well & coming in thru the firewall.

make sure there isn't a coolant leak that may be burning off once it hit something hot.... if you actually have coolant in your system it will smell sweet if not you might just have water in the cooling system which will smell different.
