B18 w/ SIR cylinder head

Hey guys.

I was thinking of getting a clean teg with the basic b18, and getting a SIR cylinder head on it (along with the cams I guess). I know this would result into a pretty good engine. But I'm just wondering is it worth it (this vs GS-R/ Type-R), and what else would I have to do along with this mod? The comp. I guess?

so are you talking about an ls/vtec ? if so yeah you'll need a lot more, oil feed line, head gasket, tunning, si or gsr tranny, wiring for vtec, and more.

I say swap in a gsr or go for the gusto with an itr motor

its alot of work and u prob wont see as much power as gsr or type r
