B17A1 search

as some of u may know cause youve left comments on my other threads, 90 DA RS 5speed, stock B18A1. im located in nj. ac, mays landing, vineland, williamstown is all around me. i wont mind traveling to get what im looking for. i wanna know if anyone on this site is in my area and have knowledge about the 2nd gen tegs. i want a b17a1 for mine since its already a vtec engine(gsr i think) and i could build a decent platform with the ls block. I/H/E will be put on, as far as exhaust selection, will these upgrades make a difference for exhaust diameter increase or just get an aftermarket kit with oem diameters? ive heard good things about magnaflow, greddy and ive seen some cheaper ones that are good. links and sites for engines are appreciated as well as feedback to my questions. thnx

run a 60mm exhaust unless you get to 190whp and then run a 2.5" exhaust.

If all you want is VTEC get a B18C1 swap. The only reason I'd want that engine is because it's rare.

Yeah, you aren't just going to "find" a B17, there aren't many out there. Just get a OBD1 94+ GSR motor.

I'm from NJ also, and I'm planning to drop a b18c/1 into my DA. I'm most likely sourcing my motor from Nick at Elite JDM
