AXLE making noises

i recently got in an accident and thought i got everything fixed so it would be drivable now recently i noticed that when i turn right it makes a clicking sound that shit is soo annoying. i heard its prolly my front axel and im wondering if a new CV axel will fix the problem???

Clicking? there could be something rubbing against another piece of metal or rubber or something i would go right to the axel right away my friend just had a piece rubbin against his tire..
