automatic seatbelt removal

well im going to pick up some racing seats and harnesses from a buddy of mine today, i was wondering if anyone knew of a quick easy way to remove the auto seatbelts, or atleast the sliding part.

Here's what it looks like with the rail removed. Kuchtaboy is right. When i took the rails off, it's as simple as taking out some bolts. There is one bigger bolt towards the rear of the rail that you have to be a little more careful with, as the head of the bolt isn't so big so it's easy to slip a socket off ot it. Anyhow, it's easy!
