Cleaned Idle Air Control Valve
Cleaned Fast Idle Thermal Valve
Cleaned throttle body
Replaced Fuel Filter
Replaced PCV valve
No vacuum leaks and intake manifold gasket looks good
Runs correctly if you give it some gas and rev it past 1,200 rpm or if its running on fast idle. Otherwise it will do this once the coolant gauge reaches the middle.
