Anyone know what this sound is?

Background: 1999 Integra GSR w/ 75,000 miles. I've had this rattle for a couple years and it is progressivly getting worse. The Teg still runs great and the sound is mostly just annoying. The rattle is coming from either the top or the bottom of the engine. It only rattles at 3,000 to 3,500 rpm in and out of gear. i have removed all heat shields and replaced the cat. no dice. heat shield rattle or if you have a stock exhaust manifold then thats what it is. no big deal just upgrade and problem solved:thumbup:
