as the title says, are they any manual sets available, cause the teg's antenna is long gone
no mast, receiver tube completely rusted and eaten away, motor rusted on the inside,
it's hopeless, and i dont feel like buying a replacement (too expensive, too long, and it can break easily)
so again are there any sets, preferably short,or with interchangeable masts

and no SHAVING!!! i kinda wanna keep AM/FM

regards!

Many people do a S2000 antenna retrofit, but you can also just get the popular Shark Attack II from LoCustoms (<-- click it). I have it installed and it looks great, but I'm having a reception issue that just seems like a grounding issue with the amplifier. Great antenna though.

I just got my Shark Attack II and installed it today. Even though i don't have a radio yet, I was too excited to get the thing in there. Question for you, did you connect the blue power wire? Or did you just leave it? These directions say to to connect it to the power wire using a blue butt connector, but all my factory antenna had was the antenna connector and the power wires for the antenna unit to roll up/down.

Also, did you hand tighten the nut only? Or did you use a wrench? I'm just worried about water getting into the antenna hole and sitting in the metal frame of the car.
