Another white DC4

Yeah, I know, just another black & white teg. I see posts saying how boring and stuff they are, but I happen to like mine.

What I've done:


Fixed (delayed..) quarter panel / hatch rust
Painted my emblems black
Picked up another pair of OEM mirrors and painted them black
Black housing bumper lens
Painted my wheels black
DIY icebox, a cross between mirrorimg's and jznsn2u's guides (I used a generic 2 bend SRI with a universal K&N 3" filter, but routed the drain tube as jznsn2u did)


Tell me what you guys think, and what suggestions you have for it.

Thanks. I've been thinking about a drop but I'm not really sure, because of the snow I get in the winter. Also, money is always a factor. I've been looking at lips too..but I cant find anything that I really like.

they need to stop making white integs... uhhmm...??

shoulda just painted the base black and leave the mirror part white. i personally think it looks better than all black.

as for a front lip, the si-vtec/SIR-G front lip looks best on the 94-97 front :thumbs up

I"ve seen pics of your mirrors like that before, I like the base black but I don't care for the part that extends to screw the mirror into as black. Besides, I still have my OEM frost white mirrors if I ever want to try to repaint these.

Yeah, that lip is nice and simple. I like.

next thing to think about, is paint matching the side moldings. it'll look cleaner :thumbs up

I actually had my moldings off ready to do that but I decided that I'd seen too many like that, so I just repainted them black.

Alright, I need some advice. I found some Omni sport coilovers on craigslist. The guy wants $450 for them with 15k miles, taken off in the winter. Should I go for those or start to go to junkyards to look for quarter panels to have welded on to repair the rust? I can really only afford one at a time.
