AM not coming in/engine interference

I wanted to know why am I getting interference from my engine on AM. I have the stock radio with a 6-disc changer. Also, no AM station comes in at all. What could be the problem?

did you take anything off? there are random things that can cause distrubtion in the signal in the engine...

Just wondering, but what are you listening to AM for? and does FM come in good?

Hey i'm 24 and I used to listen to AM all the time on my other job as a guard. What else are you going to do in your car for 8 hours a night. But anyway, I did not take anything off and FM comes in great. I want to listen to KFI AM 640. Check it out on the web www.KFIam640.com. You can listen live on the web.
