All motor setup suggestions

my fren is selling me itr pistons,dual valve springs and retainers.....what will these do to my motor...i plan on keeping it non vtech. any suggestions on what i can do to make my rs fast???except turbo..... :evil:

a complete rebuild is what you can do. High compression pistons, overbore for more displacement, port and polish, camshafts with long duration and overlap, race header and catback exhaust, Hondata reflash

Dud what the hell are you talking about, havent you seen all the crap I got for my LS, and the plans I got for it???

The pistons will raise your compression to 10.4:1.

The valvesprings will allow you to use some bigger aftermarket cams, and to raise your redline.

The retainers are the same retainers you have in your engine right now, so use whichever ones have less miles on them/are in better condition.

BDL cam gears
blox IM
maxbore throttle body
Rc 310's
B&M FPR
Intake(ebay wit K&N filter)
megan racing 4-2-1 header
Ctr's
chrome tuning
b16 j1 tranny
XTD stage 3 clutch
And boy i love it when peeps ask to look under the hood before a race cause it all looks so stock + The cops cant tell either if they ask u to pop the hood. And trust me u will see some real nice numbers wit this setup some where round 175 -182whp. so something similar should work for u.
