All electrical failing

I have a 94 Integra.
About three weeks ago, the radio started shorting out. I have an aftermarket stereo, and it started blinking on and off. Shortly after then all the dash gauges were shorting out, interior lights dimmed significantly and headlights dimmed significantly as well.
I happened to be driving at night, and therefore realized that my headlights were dimming for a few seconds at a time, randomly. It would be fine for a few minutes then start dimming again.
Whether I have my headlights on or not, the radio and gauges still short out, for just a seconds at a time repeatedly. The fan is also shorting out. Basically all electrical in the vehicle.

I went and had the battery, alternator and starter checked and was told those were fine.
What could be causing all of the electrical to fail at the same time?

You can have a serious grounding issue with your car. A bad main fuse block. Try the simple first. Clean the main ground at the battery. Check the one at the tranny and head of the block. Also make sure your alternator belt is tight. Does the car do this when its idle? Also do you have a multi meter?

I was having ground problems a few months ago.. It was not starting, but I was not having these problems above. We found that the placement of the ground wire was bad. So I changed the ground wire and moved it, so now it is attached to the transaxle. I have had no problems with it starting since then.

The radio will short out when idling, but the lights and gauges only have issues shorting out while in motion. I have noticed that when I make right turns, the lights/gauges/radio/fan etc. all go out, and once I straighten out, they come back on, temporarily.

Thank you for your help! I will check those things you mentioned.
Oh, and no I do not have a multi meter.

I like the tuna here
same thing happened to me and i still haven not fixed it but i figured out it was either a loose wire or a blown fuse because my head unit as of now does not turn on and my gauges do not either.

That's really sketchy. How many ground cables do you have in the engine bay? Should be at least three or so.

Can anyone help me i am kinda having the same issues. My radio would flicker on and off for a while and then it just stopped working, and at that time the right cooling fan stopped working to and the manual switch inside blew out. I thought there was a short somewhere in the lines so i completely re wired the switches with proper grounds and the fan that did not blow out runs perfectly fine. However the fan that blew out when i went to put a fuse in it just blew right out agian.

If the fuse is blowing you have a wiring issue, it's shorting somewhere.
