All around noob.. 98 integra

New to the forum so hello. So i recently purchased this 98 Integra from a coworker for $1800. 117K miles, automatic, and everything is in working order. My knowledge about cars is pretty sub-par and I honestly never really had much interest in cars until I purchased this integra a week ago , but I'm trying to learn. I just stumbled on this forum a few days ago. My plan for the car is to add some personality and giving it some decent, if not at least some upgraded performance, but I don't know where to start.

id start with putting stock taillights on it, research or browse the forum, set a goal then figure out what you need to get to it
