Alarms for my car!

Hey... i just bought a 98 integra gsr sedan, and the guy had a viper alarm on it, but its not a very good one. I wanted to know which alarms (specifically) i should get, thats at a reasonable price.

my friend said he would get me a DEI alarm with like 2 way pager, lil screen thing, and all this other stuff for almost 300 bux. Are DEI's good? i heard they make like all the factory alarms and stuff.
