Alarm?

Well ive finally gotten enugh $ to buy myself an alarm.. and was wondering if
anyone had any success with this alarm? it seems to be my #1 choice
and did some research on it and seems to be worth the $.
any yays/ nays?

i think all DEI products (clifford, viper, python) are good alarms. Best rather. You just gotta install it the right way. a thief can always break into your and remove the computer and be good to go no matter how expensive the alarm is. you gotta hide it in a hard to get to place. and addition to the alarm, ignition kills, fuel cutoff switches.

and if you can put the alarm horn on the inside. just to make them miserable when they break in.

Guess time to order it!

I can have it professionally installed by my friend for 40$,
he said he can do all the hookups including all windows up/down button stuff, all those customizeable ones..
and make sure its really well hidden

make sure he run a back up battery and hide all the wires, not the normal installation type that you can get for free from bestbuy or other places

would you need another car batter for back up or what? cuz im planning on putting a different one on.

theres a backup battery module 520T from DEI

also i would ditch the shock sensor and get something better, probably a combination of a couple that is offered by DEI.

they make viper and clifford alarms.

DE stands for Direct Electronics.
theyre basically the big dogs when it comes to car alarms.
theyre the people manufacturing all the big names like clifford, python, viper ETC..
and that alarm seems nice.
USB charge too, damn thats nice

You wont be able to control the windows unless you get a window module kit DEI 530T.

not sure about that window thing. you should be able to keep your pw controls.
