aftermarket water temperature gauge

please can someone help me with my 89 integ rs ive had this gauge for weeks and cant hook it up cause i cant find the coolant temperature(water temperature) sender, i have looked everywhere all over the internet (google,yahoo,ask jeeves) even in my haynes manual and it only shows where the acura legends sender is if anyone can help me ill forever be in your debt lol

First, check out the factory service manual that is stickied at the top of the thread list.


Or, if you have a mechanic you know/like, head over and ask them to point it out to you. Or call on the phone.

Wish I could be more helpful, but I just got done with school and haven't had time to really get intimate with my car yet....

Ahh here we go. Download the factory service manual. I think what you want is in chapter 10, section 5, thermostat replacement.
