I have a 99 Integra GS, im looking at getting a cat-back and i was looking at the HKS Hi-Power Exhaust, i was also looking into some headers, now i know theres ceramic and stainless steel, which one is better, and which would be a good buy for me.

depends on if you want low range or high range power. and what state do u live in? if your in cali i suggest getting some CARB legal headers so cops wont mess with u.

HKS is a great exhaust although many favor the Apexi N1 over it, as for the headers i would definatly go with stainless steel. people seam to have problems with the ceramic coated ones cracking. as for headers a good street header would be like DC sports, megan racing, or oem type-R (4-1). if your looking to go big on headers check out SMSP, or hytech. there are many other headers on the market 4-1 is for hi end power, and 4-2-1 is for low end power, and then there is the hybrids witch are the most expensive but you get power over the entire spectrum. hope this helped you out a little

:lol: I love not living in Cali. Personally, I would say you have a GS, so go with some sort of a 4-2-1 headers. What brand is your call really. I have some DC sports and they are pretty good.

Check with your local inspection station to find out the details on what test you have. Here on 96+ they run the ECU test. An exhaust can foul up some O2 pretty fast if you remove the cat.
