adjusting front end toe?

yes i just replaced the rack and pinion and before i changed it the driver side tire was not leaned in like it is now and its just the driver side thats like it and i thought that i might be able to adjust it

iirc the factory manual said the toe was adjusted via the tie-rod ends.

edit: its on page 18-5 on the factory service manual.

You can adjust it, but without the right tools you wont get it perfect, speeding up the wearing process of the tires.


You adjust the tie rod end (loosen the nut). Give yourself more toe in by loosening the tie rod end (tire points more inward) and reduce the toe by tightening the tie rod end (tire will point more outward).

Nope, didnt realize this was in the first gen forum until now.

I believe these are what the G1 tie rod ends look like.
