Acura Integra 87 Cold Start problem

Hi all,

I have an Acura Integra 87 with 230k miles. The car is in pretty good shape. It recently started the following:
When the engine is cold, after I start, rpm jumps from 2000 to 2500 a few times before it idles (all this needs about 5 min). I tested O2 sensor and it appeared faulty, I replaced it but the problem still remains. Any suggestions what might be going on? The video of the problem that I took can be viewed here

take a look tb and cleaning it out
also check ur iac

Best cheap mods are: Making sure car is up on maintenace; i.e. stock type NGK spark plugs and wires ($50), correct timing (slight advance may help a little on the high end)(autozone rents for free), clean fuel filter ($12). Of course timing belt and water pump, and all other non-power adding necessities.
