ACT stage 3 clutch, opinions

Well first off, are you planning on tracking it or just daily street driving? Normally a Stage3 clutch would be slightly more aggressive than you'd want in a street car. A Stage2 should be fine for what you need, unless you are hiding a 400whp turbokit somewhere. ?.?

I had the ACT Extreme clutch for my RSX and it blew out the Clutch Master twice in a year. I now run a Stage 4 Competitionclutch Clutch...

much happier and it isn't near as hard to press as the ACT was.

lol.... Well for your application, i'd suggest just a Stage2 clutch....

don't like act's at all. IMO they have a VERY hard pedal...haven't heard anything about quality being bad but you'll grow a bigger calf muscle in your left leg with them 8)

i got the act stage 3. people are right they are hard ass to use on a daily driver. need new 1 soon so im gettin a stage 2 competition clutch. they are alot nicer. but like they say above you dont need above a stage 2 unless ur pushing alot of power.

Yes. I highly recommend an Exedy Stage2 over the ACT Stage3. Especially for your application. :thumbs up

Well i drag once a week(on a track) then weekends i try to go threw the hills up in the rocky mountains when i can but its winter so idk how much of that ill be doing now but thats about it and it is my DD. I want to do more track stuff though someday they are building a new track in denver next year so i'll prolly be hittin that up alot too!
