Abs light turned on..feels like I have no brakes

I have a 2002 Acura rsx. I was driving on the freeway when suddenly it felt like I had to press hard and all the way down just to even start to brake. I was fine when I left my house. But now a noise is coming from my right front tire when I slow down or turn. I don't think they are both connected but who knows. If someone can help me figure out what's going on. Thanks

I don't think not having ABS affects normal braking. Only hard braking to prevent locking them up.

You might have air in your line. Did you get any work done to the system lately? Any leaks?
