about a 2001 conversion

i was going to do a 2001 conversion on my ls because mines a 96 n i wanna make the front bumper 2001 i was wondering to will i a hav to do jus buy da bumper headlights n corners thats it? or do i need to get da fenders too thanks guys

You'll need everything but the fenders. 98-01 are the same.

i made that mistake the fist time i bought a 98+ bumper it had no brackets

Those turn signal brackets need to be on the bumper when you buy it.
