God damn rent a cops. Reject bastards who were probably never cool in school or were to dumb to get a real job and just want to fuck with people. They are wannabe cops. Some of them can be cool but most of them are just dicks and they think they have authority. I think the kid could have taken him if the rent a cop wasn't so god damn fat. At the end if I was the kid I would have hit him with my skateboard when they were standing close to each other at the end of the video.
