a little help please, car stalls when warm

I have a 1990 integra. Now she starts fine but when she warms up she stalls at idle, but u can still drive her. She has new dizzy fuel pump fuel filter just can't find the prob.

I would look at the main fuel relay next probably, since it is cheaper than most other things. I would probably also check your timing to make sure that is on, otherwise it is rare, but an alternator going out could cause something like that, but I would say that is a slim possibility. Does it seem like it is misfiring when you are driving or is is pretty smooth?

I presume you got an aftermarket distributor? Have you checked fuel pressure? I know you said you got a new pump and all, but checking that would rule out an ECU related issue with fuel

How long had the car sat before you tried that?

If your tach bounces your distributor is bad.

There's a write up on g2ic.com on "how to fix bouncing tach"

it'll fix your problems and takes maybe 30minutes to do the job.
