I was talking to a fellow CI member, going through Craigslist, looking at a potential upgrade from my DA to a DC and I spotted this ad that peaked my curiousity.

acually its not. its the vin no. that determines what car it is. so they could make it look like whatever they want.

believe it or not, conversions arnt limited to imports. ive seen suburbans, yukons, and sierras with escalade fronts. which actually dont look bad since they have the same chassis.

my brother has a yukon and he's done the escalade rear 3rd brake light and corner vents. looks much cleaner.

its pretty hard to make a car ilegal. you can build a car from scratch in your garage, completely custom and you can get a vin number assigned to it and drive it on the road so long as it meets certain requirements based on the state

That looks like crap. Just buy a Tegg and go on. And ixcocyxi its not the same as your brothers suv. Gm builds both trucks they are the same just different body parts and by that there only shaped differently. You get a fully loaded Timing and its the same as the base Cadillac escalate. Just different grills pretty much. Civic and integral are different all together. I saw a listing on craigslist where a guy swapped his b18 out for a d16 vtec in a 94Tegg. I ask why. If you want a civic get it. You want a Tegg get it. But don't destroy two perfect cars to make a frakenstein. That's just gay
