A b16a JDM motor in a GSR

Ok I bought a gsr from a guy in crigeslist will about a week later the motor die on the freeway I took it to a performance shop and they put a JDM b16a in the place of the b18c1 in the b16a I have a type R head but the bottom is a b16a when i take the car home and run it a little the check engine light comes on i look at the motor and see that the butterfly in the map senor on has one pug in what should i do

make that shop fix it for free. they shouldnt have given it back to you unless it was running right.
