99 Integra... but a late 98 model...

I have a 99 teg. when I had all new speakers and a head unit put in it they guys there told me that it was actually a late 98 model. The problem there was that the speaker sizes were different I guess in the two years... (94-98 & 99-01). I was wondering if I might run into this problem any other time...

fuck the year, build custom brackets ftw

yea that happened to me i just took the speaker brackets out and drilled new holes fit and sound fine

Oh the speaker prob is fixed... I was just wondering if I will run into this when I start to mod the motor or anything else?
