What's up, Just bought my dream car that I have wanted since I was probably 8

98 GS

well.. my dream car was a GSR but still close enough right? 8)

I bought a 98 GS with 169K Yeah, I know it's quite a bit but she has been good to me so far.

I got it for $1,800 from work (Honda Dealership) Then put little under $1,000 into it
(thank god for employee discount :D )

Here is a List of things I put into it before taking complete possession:

New Brake Master Cylinder since it had a leak starting
Replaced all the Cam and Crank seals.
Replaced the Thermostat and Radiator
New water pump and Timing Belt
New Tires I got Yokohama Touring S tires 195/60R15
I was a little upset that I didn't get to pick the tires out but it was better then them giving me the Hercules tires since I was on a budget.

The Bad: Check Engine light is on :(
Code came back as P 1381 which I was told is that the after market distributor is either going out the door or its just not liking the ecu and likes throwing codes and it drives me nuts lol. Hope to have a new genuine Distributor put in in a month or so.

Today while waiting to go to a movie with some friends somehow when I was leaning to get something out of the back seat my friend managed to punch my rear view mirror off o_O while trying to punch me..
I can't quite figure out how to get it to clip back in. I looked everywhere on the forum and found a few things but nothing that helped. any ideas on how to get the screw to clip back into the clips that hold it in?

Here's a shot i took the first day I had it.

Sorry it's so small.

Found another one

here's what I was driving before this

92 Geo Metro :D

daily driven for about 5 years. second engine with roughly 182K miles on it.
what you think? haha. I tinted the running lights after I took this picture. so Don't mind the orange

No update in forever so here's a little one.

Have my christmas list set up of what I'm going to be purchasing next week :D

1. Eibach pro series springs
2. Camber Kit
3. Control Arms
4. Front and Rear Upper strut Braces (maybe)
5. Alignment
6. License Plate relocator (in the mail :D )

Next month will be

1. Cat Back exhaust (yokana)
2. find a place that can paint rims for a decent price.
3. fixi the scratches in my front bumper and repaint it or Find a matching OEM without scratches.
4. Apply lip to said front bumper

One piece at a time before I start saving up for a spear engine to build.
little something on the side for a swap eventually

I am up for opions, tips and ideas of what brand parts have proven loyal to integras
and what parts just plainly suck. I don't want ebay specials if it can cause damage
down the road to both my car and wallet.

oh, and I bought these last night :D

You don't need the camber kit and alignment for the eibach kit, I've run mine for 1k+ miles and no camber, Save the money on that! But looks like good progress man! Keep it up
