It depends what u mean by program the car. You can go to a honda tuner n they will install a chip in ur ecu then tune and dyno it which will give u more power cost around 3 to 500. Or there is aem stand alone management that allows the user to tune the ecu settings but if ur new to honda wouldnt suggest that
